We have 8 self contained units equipped with separate kitchens,cable TV, telephone service and air-conditioning.
We have 2 studio units and 6 one bedroom units. The one bedroom units are $175 per night double occupancy
plus a 10% surcharge and 7 1/4% government tax.The studio units are $150 per night double occupancy plus
a 10% surcharge and 7 1/4% government tax. If more that 3 apartments are booked there is a 2 month
cancellation policy for full refund of deposit. All repeat guests receive a 10% discount on the room rate only.

Extra person in the apartment are be an additional $50 per night

Children
Under 12 years is an additional $25 per night
Under 3 years is an additional $20 per night

Monthly rates
Our monthly rates run from November to February at a cost as follows :

The one bedroom unit is $2000 per month plus a 10% surcharge and 7 1/4% government tax.
The studio unit is $1500 per month plus a  10% surcharge and 7 1/4% government tax.

* A 2 night deposit is required to secure a reservation and there is a 14 day cancellation policy.
